Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to our users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with network problems and contribute to the smooth running of our IT infrastructure. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist users in diagnosing and resolving computer issues.
  • Implement and support IT security measures.
  • Work on IT projects, such as system upgrades and migrations.
  • Conduct user training on new software and hardware.
  • Maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
  • Participate in IT team meetings and contribute to projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals is a plus
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support
