Job Description
As a Hospitality Manager, you will lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer service and managing daily operations. You’ll ensure the smooth running of the hotel, enhancing the guest experience and maximising operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a positive environment for guests and staff.
Manage the front office and housekeeping operations.
Conduct monthly performance reviews with department heads.
Facilitate staff training sessions on customer service and hospitality standards.
Gather insights into industry trends to inform hotel strategies.
Oversee inventory management and procurement.
Manage guest relationships and ensure repeat business.
Foster teamwork across departments to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Relevant certifications in hotel management are a plus
Experience
7+ years of experience in a senior hospitality management role
