Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee our Birmingham location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience, managing staff and inventory, and driving financial success.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring quality control.
Develop training programs to improve staff performance.
Manage payroll, budgets, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant.
Gather and respond to customer feedback to enhance services.
Track inventory levels and oversee product ordering.
Implement cost-control measures to increase profitability.
Foster a welcoming environment for guests and employees.
Report to the Area Operations Manager on restaurant performance.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
Master's degree is a plus

5+ years of progressive experience in restaurant management
