Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee our Birmingham location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience, managing staff and inventory, and driving financial success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring quality control.
  • Develop training programs to improve staff performance.
  • Manage payroll, budgets, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant.
  • Gather and respond to customer feedback to enhance services.
  • Track inventory levels and oversee product ordering.
  • Implement cost-control measures to increase profitability.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for guests and employees.
  • Report to the Area Operations Manager on restaurant performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in restaurant management
