As a Travel Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing travel logistics, ensuring a seamless coordination for our clients. You'll work closely with travel vendors, plan itineraries and resolve any issues that arise. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire travel operation process from planning to execution.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality service.
  • React swiftly to any travel disruptions, providing solutions to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new travel opportunities and trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
  • Deliver post-travel support, including feedback collection and follow-ups.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in travel operations.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and dynamic team environment.
  • Prepare regular reports on travel expenditures and activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Hospitality or Travel Management preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in travel operations or logistics
