Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. You will be responsible for driving profitability through efficient resource management and innovative menu development.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily food and beverage service operations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop the team to ensure high standards.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures.
  • Plan and execute special events and promotions.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor quality of produce.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Develop training programs to enhance staff skills.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Lead initiatives to promote sustainability in food sourcing.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management
