Seeking an Employee Training Specialist who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing tailored training solutions and a passion for employee development.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education or a related field
  • Professional training qualification is highly desirable
