We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Birmingham office. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Set project goals and objectives, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Implement project management methodologies and best practices.
• Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve project success.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement.
• Manage change control processes effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or an MBA is a plus
• Relevant industry certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects

Certifications

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
