Job Description

A dioramist is responsible for creating visually captivating dioramas for various purposes, such as exhibitions, museums, and education. They combine their artistic skills with a keen eye for detail to bring miniature worlds to life.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and develop provocative dioramas that capture the imagination.
  • Utilize advanced tools and equipment for model making and finishing touches.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements into dioramas for enhanced storytelling.
  • Continuously engage in professional development to refine skills and techniques.
  • Produce sketches and digital designs prior to physical model production.

Requirements

Education
  • A degree in Fine Arts or equivalent practical experience is preferred
Experience
  • Previous relevant experience in museum or exhibition standards.
Technical Skills
  • Airbrushing equipment
  • Photography and lighting equipment
Soft Skills
  • Strong hand-eye coordination
  • Excellent communication
Languages
  • English: Fluent
