Job Description

As a Group Insurance Special Agent, you will be responsible for delivering tailored insurance solutions to group clients. Your role will involve assessing client needs, advising on suitable products, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the insurance journey.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary contact point.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts, ensuring optimal coverage and competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to process policies, claims, and policy amendments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting group insurance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, exceeding expectations whenever possible.

Requirements

Education

• Professional certifications in insurance sales or risk management is an advantage.

Experience

• Experience in sales or account management roles is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Risk Assessment
