Responsibilities

• Carry out installation and assembly of mobile home structures.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing and electrical systems within mobile homes.
• Conduct thorough inspections of mobile homes for structural integrity and compliance.
• Work closely with the construction team, ensuring proper communication and workflow.
• Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in the training of new employees regarding installation and safety protocols.
• Keep documentation of work completed and materials used for reporting purposes.
• Utilise a variety of tools and equipment necessary for construction tasks.
• Engage in continuous learning about new materials and methods in mobile home construction.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license

Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of construction safety practices
• Ability to read blueprints

Languages
