Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will play a crucial role in the production process by efficiently operating cutting machines to ensure high-quality outputs. This position is essential to maintaining the flow of production and meeting the company's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up cutting machines for production runs and ensure correct settings.
• Perform daily checks to verify machine functionality.
• Adjust machine settings according to product specifications.
• Monitor cutting processes and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency.
• Ensure that waste material is disposed of correctly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualifications in manufacturing preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience operating cutting machines, preferably in textiles

Technical Skills

• Experience with laser cutters
• Problem-solving skills

Soft Skills

• Communication skills
• Team player

Certifications

• CNC Machine Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of different materials: Experience working with a variety of materials, including metals and plastics.
