Job Description

We are looking for professional and experienced Baggage Porters and Bellhops to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. You will ensure that the lobby area is clean and organized while assisting guests with their luggage and travel needs.

Responsibilities

  • Help guests with their luggage, ensuring their comfort during their stay.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and respond to their inquiries.
  • Ensure a welcoming and tidy lobby atmosphere at all times.
  • Assist guests with directions and local recommendations.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to support guest needs.
  • Conduct regular checks of lobby areas, reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Support special events and functions held in the hotel.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or related field preferred

Languages
  • English: Fluent
