Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Data Scientist to join our Manchester team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning, combining technical expertise with business acumen to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and interpret business needs through data analysis.
• Develop dashboards and analytics tools for ongoing performance monitoring.
• Utilise statistical techniques to analyze data and generate useful business reports.
• Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data quality.
• Provide training and support to junior team members regarding data tools and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Master's degree in Data Science or Statistics is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or data science role
