UX Designer

Job Description

We are in search of a highly skilled UX Designer to join our Liverpool team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for user-focused design and a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Research and define user personas to guide design decisions.
• Establish usability and accessibility standards for all products.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align on messaging and branding.
• Develop visual designs that align with user experience goals.
• Create a comprehensive style guide to maintain design consistency.
• Work closely with QA to identify and resolve design-related issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with User Testing Tools: Knowledge of tools such as UserTesting or Optimal Workshop for user feedback.
• Experience in Agile Environments: Familiarity with Agile methodologies will be advantageous.
