Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Supervisor to manage our service team, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery to our esteemed customers. The successful candidate will lead a team of service technicians, coordinating operations to maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service operations while coordinating with staff to ensure high service quality.
  • Provide technical direction and support to service technicians.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate team members' ongoing professional development.
  • Prepare service performance reports and present metrics to management.
  • Ensure a positive customer feedback loop through effective problem resolution.
  • Drive team performance through setting clear goals and benchmarks.
  • Adopt best practices for service delivery to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate service effectiveness and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Manage administrative tasks pertaining to service management.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
