Job Description

We are on the hunt for an experienced E-commerce Specialist who will be responsible for driving online sales and enhancing the customer journey. This position requires a keen understanding of online marketing strategies, SEO, and analytics to optimise our e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage and optimise our e-commerce website for better user engagement.
• Utilise analytics tools to track key performance indicators of the online platform.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships.
• Collaborate with IT and design teams to improve website functionalities.
• Provide insights from customer feedback to enhance the shopping experience.
• Liaise with supply chain management for inventory updates and stock levels.
• Create regular reports on e-commerce performance and present findings to upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management.
