We are seeking a Retail Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in our Bath store. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional customer service while driving sales and profitability. You will manage stock levels, develop staff, and create an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects of the store.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
• Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.

• Conduct performance evaluations and staff meetings.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

Education

• A-levels or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Retail Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within retail
