We are seeking a highly motivated Sports Equipment Supervisor to oversee our sports equipment department, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales associates in the sports equipment department.
• Monitor sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers for better inventory management.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to attract customers.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns swiftly and effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in sports equipment retail
