Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our supply chain operations. This role is crucial to ensuring the seamless integration of logistics and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management and the ability to implement strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire supply chain management process, from procurement to product delivery.
  • Implement best practices in supply chain operations to enhance productivity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Evaluate supply chain performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Engage in strategic planning to anticipate supply chain challenges and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the supply chain.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
  • Lead and participate in supply chain reviews and presentations.
  • Continuously assess and refine supply chain processes to optimise efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management
  • MBA in Supply Chain Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain management
