Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will manage procurement processes, ensure efficient supply chain operations, and liaise with various departments to support our logistics needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee procurement processes and manage supplier relationships.
  • Work with logistics to ensure optimal delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
  • Implement best practices in supply chain management.
  • Collaborate across departments to align objectives.
  • Prepare supply chain performance metrics and reports.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
  • Contribute to demand planning and forecasting efforts.
  • Ensure all processes adhere to industry regulations.
  • Lead efforts for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement
