We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Leicester. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background and be skilled in optimising supply chain operations for enhanced efficiency and cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses to determine supply chain effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for sustainable practices in the supply chain.
• Engage with team members to foster effective communication.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff in supply chain roles.
• Lead small-scale projects aimed at boosting supply chain efficiency.
• Facilitate regular meetings to discuss supply chain updates and issues.
• Utilise ERP systems for tracking inventory and orders.
• Act as a liaison between various departments to maintain a cohesive supply chain strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Analytics preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or logistics

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
