Job Description

As a Supply Chain Consultant, you will optimize the supply chain processes to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services. You will analyse data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies that enhance productivity across operations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current supply chain processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create detailed project plans to manage supply chain initiatives.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement systems that improve supply chain management.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Develop risk assessments to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
  • Advise on procurement strategies to optimize supplier relationships.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities in supply chain management.
  • Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms.
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to promote a cohesive supply chain strategy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or consultancy
