Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Scratcher Tender to join our team. As a Scratcher Tender, your primary responsibility will be to operate and monitor scratcher machines in a manufacturing environment to ensure efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines prior to production runs and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Document any machine adjustments, repairs, or maintenance performed.
• Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure that all materials and supplies are prepped for production runs.

Requirements

Education

• A technical diploma or certification in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of production control systems
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes

Soft Skills

• Good organisational skills
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing environment: Familiarity with production processes and machinery.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures: Knowledge of best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues: Skilled in identifying and fixing mechanical failures.
