Job Description

As a Healthcare Coordinator in our Bournemouth office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our healthcare services. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, assist with patient care coordination, and liaise with healthcare providers to enhance overall service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient flow, ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Oversee the administrative processes related to patient care.
  • Ensure the accuracy of patient documentation and protect sensitive information.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and families.
  • Assist in the evaluation and improvement of healthcare services.
  • Provide support for healthcare clinics and outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote healthcare services.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Participate in team meetings to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Management is preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
