Job Description

As a Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operator, you will oversee the entire charcoal production process. Your role will encompass loading kilns, monitoring temperatures, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with our production team to achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities

• Load charcoal materials into kilns and oversee the burning process.
• Regularly monitor temperatures and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform safety inspections and prepare reports on kiln operations.
• Collaborate with other operators to optimise production methods.
• Manage fuel supply and ensure efficient combustion.
• Educate new team members on operational protocols and safety measures.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required; however, training in kiln operations is advantageous.

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in similar roles.
