Project Surveyor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to manage and oversee various construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality while complying with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project assessments, preparation of tender documents, and contracts.
• Evaluate and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Consolidate and document project progress with detailed measurement and valuation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional certification or further qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry

• Site Management
• Health and Safety Compliance

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Sustainable Construction Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with construction technology tools: Familiarity with emerging technologies used in construction is an advantage.
• Knowledge of BREEAM certification: Experience with projects aiming for environmental certifications such as BREEAM.
