Job Description

As a Concrete Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, analysing, and overseeing the construction of concrete structures. Collaborate with architects and construction teams to ensure project success and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain innovative concrete design solutions.
  • Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective project solutions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering plans.
  • Engage in continuous professional development in concrete technology.
  • Establish and foster relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support the project management team in budgeting and scheduling.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Review and update engineering policies and procedures as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field is a plus

  • Proven track record in designing and managing concrete projects
