Job Description

We are currently looking for skilled Packaging and Filling Machine Operators and Tenders to join our dynamic team at Nestor. The successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our commitment to quality in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging and filling machines, ensuring they function correctly at all times.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on packaged products.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Assist in managing raw material inventory and supplies for production.
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily operational targets.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and machinery performance.
• Comply with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in packaging technology preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a related role.

Certifications

• Quality Assurance Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in Quality Assurance roles: Hands-on experience in QA processes and protocols within manufacturing.
