Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of logistics operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and liaising with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring efficiency.
  • Engage in problem-solving to address operational challenges.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key logistics partners.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives within the logistics process.
  • Review and optimise logistics workflows for better productivity.
  • Assist in the development of logistics plans and budgets.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics operations management
