Job Description

As a Manufacturing Line Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our operations in Derry. You will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team of operators to achieve their targets. Your leadership will drive efficiency and foster a culture of safety and excellence on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and training.
  • Encourage a culture of teamwork and high performance among staff.
  • Utilize data and feedback to drive continuous operational improvements.
  • Support cross-functional efforts to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between upper management and production workers.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or Operations
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a related manufacturing environment
