Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Technician to enhance and adjust colour in video footage and still images. Your role will be pivotal in achieving the desired tone or mood for various projects across the film and television industry.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the editing team to ensure smooth workflows and timely project delivery.
  • Conduct colour matching for different camera formats and sources.
  • Utilise software tools such as DaVinci Resolve for colour grading.
  • Perform quality checks on finished footage to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Assist with visual effects workflows during post-production.
  • Deliver innovative solutions to enhance visual output.
  • Provide technical support during the colour grading process.
  • Maintain communication across departments for project alignment.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in post-production and colour grading
Technical Skills
  • Photoshop

Languages
  • English: Fluent

  • Portfolio of previous colour grading work: A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects is a plus.
