Pressroom Worker

Job Description

As a Pressroom Worker, you'll play a vital role in our printing team by operating and maintaining printing presses, ensuring that we produce top-quality prints that meet our customer’s expectations. You will be responsible for monitoring production processes and adjusting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate pressing equipment proficiently and efficiently.
• Adjust press settings to ensure optimal print quality.
• Address any printing issues in collaboration with team members.
• Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
• Document production data and maintain records.
• Assist in the training of new staff when necessary.
• Engage in continuous training to improve skills and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
• Restock supplies and materials as needed to maintain production flow.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a printing or manufacturing environment is preferred.
