Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Manager to lead our client engagement strategies and improve customer satisfaction in Birmingham. This role involves building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the best possible service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer success and have a knack for resolving issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement client retention strategies to increase loyalty.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent experience is preferred
