Job Description

As a Lock Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of locks, keys, and associated hardware. Leading a team of skilled lock technicians, you will ensure that all operations meet the highest industry standards and safety regulations. Your role is crucial in maintaining the reliability and security of our clients' access systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the daily activities of the lock maintenance team.
  • Conduct regular audits of work to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Implement training programs for junior technicians to enhance skill sets.
  • Liaise with suppliers for the procurement of locking materials and tools.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Conduct risk assessments and solve issues promptly to ensure safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operational efficiencies.
  • Prepare reports on maintenance activities and team performance.
  • Manage client expectations regarding service delivery timelines.
  • Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant vocational qualification in facilities management or locksmithing
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the security or maintenance sector.
