We are in search of an experienced Health Care Attorney to provide legal advice and representation for our healthcare clients. The successful candidate will navigate complex healthcare regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients in regulatory and compliance investigations.
• Engage with stakeholders to address healthcare legal issues proactively.
• Facilitate the resolution of disputes through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case developments.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership in healthcare law through articles and publications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Experience in a healthcare-focused law firm is advantageous

• 5+ years in health care law preferred
