Cold Etch Operator

Job Description

As an Occupational Medicine Physician, you will play a critical role in safeguarding employee health and workplace safety. Your responsibilities will involve evaluating and treating work-related health issues, providing preventive care, and developing health policies tailored to organisational needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate Cold Etch equipment, ensuring adherence to all operational standards.
• Prepare metal parts for etching by cleaning and degreasing them as required.
• Monitor the etching process and make necessary adjustments to optimize quality.
• Complete detailed logs of production activities and issues encountered.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure that work areas are kept clean and organized at all times.
• Follow proper waste disposal procedures in line with environmental regulations.
• Assist in implementing safety measures to minimize workplace hazards.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
• Assist in the maintenance of inventory for etching supplies and materials.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in similar roles is highly advantageous.
