Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Public Health Consultant to join our dynamic team in Middlesbrough. The successful applicant will lead initiatives to improve community health, conduct research, and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead assessments of community health needs through research and data analysis.
  • Advise on the development of health education materials for the public.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to enhance health service delivery.
  • Monitor public health indicators and report on progress.
  • Support the development of strategic plans for health improvement.
  • Facilitate partnerships between public health departments and community organisations.
  • Assist in grant writing and funding applications for health projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Public Health or a related discipline
  • Additional certifications in public health are desirable
Experience
  • 3+ years in public health analysis or consultancy
