Job Description

Join our reputable investment banking firm as a Portfolio Administrator. In this position, you will play a critical role in managing client portfolios, monitoring performance metrics, and facilitating communication between clients and financial advisors. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules for portfolio managers and facilitate meetings.
  • Track portfolio performance and report any discrepancies.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Assist in the research and analysis of investment opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the risk management team.
  • Provide training and support for junior staff.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss portfolio strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or IMC are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in investment banking
