We are looking for an experienced Pump Servicer Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of pumps within our organisation. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team of servicemen, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily activities of the pump servicing team.
• Ensure all servicing complies with health and safety regulations.
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex pump issues.
• Manage client relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality of service.

Requirements

Education

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Certification in health and safety management.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years in pump servicing or related field with supervisory experience.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure

Advantageous

• Experience with SCADA systems: Familiarity with supervisory control and data acquisition systems for pump monitoring.
• Health and Safety certification: Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols is essential.
