Job Description

As a Contract Manager, you will oversee contract development, negotiation, and compliance within our legal framework. You will work alongside our legal team to ensure contracts are accurate and enforceable, while managing stakeholder relationships and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead contract review sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Advise on legal implications of contract terms and conditions.
  • Work on process improvements to streamline contract management.
  • Support the bid proposal process with efficient contract drafting.
  • Monitor changes in legislation that may affect contracts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Master's degree in Law or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in contract management
