Job Description

We are seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join our expanding legal team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will provide legal support across various projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while effectively managing risk.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merger and acquisition transactions and due diligence processes.
• Develop and deliver training on legal topics for employees.
• Maintain and update legal records and documentation.
• Interface with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Support corporate governance and compliance efforts.
• Review marketing and advertising materials for legal compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales
• LLM or equivalent is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience, with a focus on technology law being preferred
