Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Network Support Analyst to join our team in Grimsby. As part of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular backups of network configurations and essential data.
  • Assess and manage risks related to network security.
  • Develop and enforce network usage policies.
  • Provide training and support to staff on network technologies.
  • Support disaster recovery procedures and business continuity planning.
  • Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and updates on network initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of disaster recovery and incident response plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Information Technology preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in network support roles
