Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Liverpool team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their work in user experience design and visual design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective user interfaces for our clients' products. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, while ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with UX researchers to inform design decisions.
  • Implement best practices for responsive and accessible design.
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements to existing designs.
  • Provide guidance on interaction design and visual design principles.
  • Help create a positive design culture within the team.
  • Engage in continuous professional development within design.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or relevant field
  • Additional design qualifications are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
