Job Description

As an Investment Operations Manager based in Portsmouth, you will lead our operations team to streamline investment processes. The right candidate will have a robust understanding of investment banking operations, ensuring seamless transactions and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of investment operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Enhance reporting standards and data integrity.
  • Oversee reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments for seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to upskill operations staff.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt practices accordingly.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic operational audits and implement recommendations.
  • Prepare management reports and insights for decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CAIA) is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years in a managerial role within investment operations
