Cardiac Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cardiac Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cardiac testing procedures and possess excellent analytical skills. In this role, you will perform diagnostic tests, monitor patients, and assist with cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct non-invasive and invasive cardiac diagnostic tests, such as ECGs and cardiac catheterizations.
• Educate patients about cardiac procedures and post-care instructions.
• Assist physicians with interventional procedures and surgeries.
• Compile and interpret patient data, generating detailed reports for cardiologists.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment during procedures.
• Participate in research studies related to cardiovascular health.
• Adhere to healthcare regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout the testing process.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Cardiac Technology
• Additional certifications in cardiac diagnostics are a plus

Experience

• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
