Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Health Program Coordinator to oversee the implementation of health programs aimed at improving the community's well-being. You will be responsible for assessing health needs, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring that programs are delivered effectively, with a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage health program schedules and ensure timely execution of activities.
  • Engage with patients and community members to gather feedback and improve services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design interventions that meet patient needs.
  • Research best practices and innovations in healthcare delivery to inform program development.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings to align health programs with organisational goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Healthcare Administration
  • Master's degree in a related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare coordination or administration
