Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate construction teams to achieve project goals.
  • Review and approve project designs and specifications.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and performance.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare bids and proposals for upcoming projects.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials.
  • Facilitate training and development for site staff.
  • Evaluate and report on project progress and performance.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management
