Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our dynamic Liverpool team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Responsibilities

  • Respond to support requests in a timely manner and follow through until resolution.
  • Maintain a troubleshooting log for troubleshooting commonly faced issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support users through projects.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Any relevant IT certifications are a bonus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
Technical Skills
  • Active Directory
  • VPN Setup

  • Problem-solving
  • Teamwork
Certifications
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
Languages
  • English: Fluent
