• Ensure silverware is polished and ready for service each day.
• Assist in dining table setups according to event specifications.
• Work closely with waitstaff to ensure prompt service during meals.
• Keep storage areas tidy and well-stocked with silverware.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team regarding specific service needs.
• Monitor customer needs and respond proactively during service.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies in the workplace.
• Assist in training new staff on silverware handling and care.
• Contribute ideas for improving service efficiency and guest experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Attention to Detail Ability to focus on detailed tasks effectively.
• Time Management Skill in managing time and priorities efficiently.
• Team Collaboration Ability to work well within a team setting.
• Communication Skills Effective communication with team members and customers.
• English (Fluent)

• Health and Safety Training: Awareness and training in health and safety standards is beneficial.
