Silver Steward

Job Description

We are looking for a Silver Steward to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our silverware and utensils, while assisting with table setup and service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure silverware is polished and ready for service each day.
• Assist in dining table setups according to event specifications.
• Work closely with waitstaff to ensure prompt service during meals.
• Keep storage areas tidy and well-stocked with silverware.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team regarding specific service needs.
• Monitor customer needs and respond proactively during service.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies in the workplace.
• Assist in training new staff on silverware handling and care.
• Contribute ideas for improving service efficiency and guest experience.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required

Experience

• Experience in fine dining or high-end establishments is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Silverware Care

Languages

• English: Fluent
