We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team in Middlesbrough. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are stored and dispatched efficiently. Responsibilities

• Handle outgoing shipments and confirm accuracy.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Support the Warehouse Manager with daily operations.
• Train new staff on warehouse processes when required.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential

Technical Skills

• Forklift Operation
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with inventory systems: Knowledge of inventory management systems such as SAP or similar.
